Four steps to your wireless network

Every GRID Networks wireless network project goes through a four-step process:

1. Needs Assessment

We can’t get started until we truly understand your business, needs, and goals first. This is a fact-finding mission. We ask all the right questions to dig down and discover what you need.

The Needs Assessment process can take as little as a few hours or as long as a few days, depending on the size of the organization.

2. Network and system design

We go back to the drawing table to match specific equipment and software with your specific goals and needs. We architect a wireless network solutions that includes the coverage area, network location, how it will be installed, how it will work, and who will use it.

We present a recommended wireless network design to you and your team, work together to refine it, and then put the plan into action in the next phase.

3. Network and system installation

The GRID Networks team installs the actual physical equipment plus sets up the network integration. Basically, we add in passwords, IDs, configure connections with existing user databases, and make your new wireless network work.

4. Support Services & Troubleshooting

We don’t just set up your wireless network and leave; we’re in it for the long haul. If your network is acting funny, if your staff is having trouble logging on, or if you need a tutorial on usage, you can call the GRID Networks team 24/7. We stand by you and your wireless network to keep business as usual happening.
